How would getting in front of 25 million people benefit your business? Featured

We have been trialling advertising on Facebook as an additional marketing strategy, for some of our clients, through their paid advertising platform - similar to Google Adwords (Pay Per Click), to increase brand presence and traffic through to their websites, with success.


Now the reason why I wanted to share this with you for FREE, Is because for advertising and brand exposure this is big, Google was recently quoted as saying "they were scared of Face book advertising".


Well why would they say this?


It's because of how well Face book knows its users. If you've got a face book profile or a business profile, I'm guessing you've filled in some of the profile data? Well based on what you fill in, Face book has a good idea of the things you like, books, music, groups, Interests etc

Starting to make you think yet?


Well the point is when advertising on Facebook you can actually use this data to drill down and find your target niche audience.

Just to give you an idea of how you could use this;
If I were an Accountant in Wolverhampton and wanted more customers.
I could setup a Facebook advert, select Wolverhampton as my chosen location, select the age group I wanted to target (25-55) and then I could even specify information on a person's likes and interests!

Currently there are approximately 25 million registered users on Facebook in the UK



Now if this isn't giving you goose bumps about targeting your customers with such pin point accuracy then I don't know what will.

How it works - similar to Google Adwords but instead of targeting key phrases you target users based on the targeting data Facebook offers you. You set a daily budget for Impressions (the number of times your advert is shown) or Clicks (the number of times someone clicks on the advert to get to your website)

One of our recent tests got our client 67,000 impressions in one day, for brand exposure this was fantastic.

    Facebook is fantastic for targeting your key demographic. Users realy respond well to great adverts with a strong call to action. Great for B2C advertising.
